Unprocessed stress is held in our bodies and can be released through movement ONLY when your body feels safe and trusts you. Here I focus on the neck, shoulders hips, and ankles... But you can choose to let this practice take you to where your body needs release.

Movement Medicine - Gentle Fascial and Joint Movement Warm-Up for all levels

This is a good place to start if you haven't moved your body for a long time. It is a gentle movement practice that will warm up and mobilize your joints and allow you to move more freely. The music is part of the medicine. Between by Satsang talks about the space between where we are and where we want to be. This space has been described as "the tragic gap" by some and the goal is to learn to surrender in this gap to stop striving to be more and wish for a different body, life, and circumstances. Be here now. Accept where you are. Take small actions that help improve your circumstances. Forgive yourself for all the things you wish you did but didn't. And love yourself back to wholeness. Start somewhere. Do something. There is nothing to fix or save... Just be here. Be brave. Be you. Be love and BELIEVE!

The Routine - 45 minute MOVEMENT PRACTICE

This routine is a self compassion practice within a full body movement practice.

It includes both strength and fascial release and was based on the 5 tibetian rites. This routine has the power to improve your strength and to align your body, mind and soul.

This is the routine that started it all for me. It has evolved over the years as I unblocked and released my old wounds and rebuilt my foundation and strength over time.

This routine can be done anytime, anywhere and by anyone.
